I went on a bike ride this morning and stumbled upon this little bit of paradise.
I fell asleep for all of 3285 seconds and had a dream that the girls I babysit were singing me a song. It just so happened to be the k-i-s-s-i-n-g song about me and this guy from high school who I haven’t seen in over 6 years. I had a huge crush on this kid. Funny thing about it though, the girls were the ones sitting in the tree while they were singing while we were on the ground.

A week before this past Christmas my mom and I got in a wreck. It wasn’t to serious. Mom came out with a bruise from the seat belt on her hip. I was bruised every where the seatbelt touched me plus from my shoulder down to about my elbow on my right arm. We got hit just behind where I was sitting and I was thrown into the door. It’s crazy to me, even now, that I can play it back in my head. It all seemed to happen in slow motion. Moms car was totaled. The bruise on my shoulder healed but I still have issues with it. It is always sore. So with working out and everything this year I had been taking it easy until tonight. I pushed my limit to see what would happen. Needless to say, that was a bad idea. I got mad and just kept going. My entire body hurts. Two hours may have been a bit much.

One day last week I woke up and couldn’t find my glasses. I didn’t seem to have any clue what I had done with them. After about 20 minutes of searching I found them behind the couch. Only they were covered in puppy teeth marks and one of the ear pieces had been broken off. Not so much broken as chewed off. I had not realized she had gotten big enough to pull them off the coffee table when dad left her unsupervised. Needless to say I needed some new glasses. It was about time, they were about five years old even if I really liked them. The glasses above are my new ones! I really love them. They have a small white stripe going around them. I actually managed to get a pair for free too. Those are a bit more casual but fun with cheetah print going down the sides. I think I will wear my contacts less just so I can wear my glasses.
